A few weeks ago I went to the beach with the grandkids. We did the usual beach things, playing in the sand, digging for sand crabs, and splashing in the water.
But sometimes unexpected things happen. Like the wave I thought I could jump grew bigger than I though it would. I ended up getting dunked and scraped along the bottom, with a skinned knee to show for it.
That didn’t go as planned. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised by the power of the ocean.
But here’s something that is going to plan. Flood of the Fire is due to my editor on Friday, and I’m on track to get it done on time.
My early readers are enthusiastic about this final book in the Outlawed Myth series. Many said the ending was satisfying and in places, cathartic. The plan is for a release this fall. I can’t wait to share this book with you when it’s finished!
